Our software (including CT Wallet, SERVO, QRYLINK, WEBBURNR Jobs, and Vinyl Sonic) is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We are a digital laboratory, not a banking institution or a mission-critical infrastructure provider.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or suitability of the software for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

2. CT Wallet & Financial Data

CT Wallet is a self-custody tool. You are solely responsible for:

• Remembering your PIN/Password. (We cannot reset it).
• Backing up your data. (We do not store a copy).
• The accuracy of the data you enter.

We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from the use of this free utility.

3. SERVO (Restaurant Engine)

SERVO is a mission-critical tool for restaurants, yet it is provided with zero liability:

• Business Continuity: You should maintain backup systems (e.g., paper tickets) in case of device failure.
• Data Integrity: We are not responsible for lost orders, sales data discrepancies, or tax reporting errors.
• Venue Responsibility: You are responsible for configuring tax rates, menu items, and compliance with local laws.

4. WEBBURNR Jobs

WEBBURNR Jobs is an aggregator. We verify that job listings are legitimate, but we:

• Do Not Hire: We are not the employer. Applications are between you and the company.
• Do Not Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy of salary data or the availability of the listing.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and "feel" of Anthon Cauper Labs are the intellectual property of Anthon Cauper. You may not duplicate, copy, or reverse engineer the visual design elements without express written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. For example, do not:

• Use QRYLINK to generate malicious QR codes (phishing, malware).
• Attempt to flood our servers or disrupt the service for others.
• Use automation to scrape WEBBURNR Jobs excessively.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
